NextSpace Real Estate runs this website at https://nextspace.ph, through its licensed real estate broker, Richard Tiu (PRC ID No. 0028494).

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

Forms

When you send an inquiry, book a viewing or list your property, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your mobile number or email, your message and, depending on the form, your preferred viewing date and time, or your property’s details, address and asking price. This data is used for customer service purposes only — to reply to you and handle the request you made — and is not used for marketing activities unless explicitly consented to.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If you choose Light, Dark or Match device in the header, that choice is saved in your own browser so the next page you open uses it. It contains nothing about you and is never sent to us.

Visit Logs

Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.

Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics on this website.

Links to Other Websites

Some pages link to other websites — maps, videos, virtual tours, developer brochures, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Once you follow a link, that website’s own privacy policy applies, and it may collect data, use cookies and monitor your interaction.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. Within NextSpace, a request is seen only by the people handling it: the associate assigned to it, our broker and our office staff. Outside NextSpace, we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or explicitly consented to, apart from the service providers that run this website for us, listed under Where We Send Your Data.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep a request for as long as we are handling it, and afterwards only as long as we need a record of it or the law requires us to keep it. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is used, to access it, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy of it, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You can request an exported file or erasure of your personal data at any time. This excludes data we are obliged to keep for legal reasons.

Where We Send Your Data

This website is hosted by Vercel. What you send through a form is stored in a database run for us by Supabase, on servers in Singapore. Property photos are stored with Cloudflare. These providers store and process data on our behalf.

How We Protect Your Data

Every page and every form on this website is sent over an encrypted (SSL) connection. What you send through a form can be read only by the NextSpace staff handling it; access rules in the database stop anyone else, including other visitors, from reading it.

Data Breach Procedures

In case of a breach that puts your personal data at risk, affected users and the National Privacy Commission will be notified within 72 hours.

Third Parties We Receive Data From

We do not receive data from third parties.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
